Shipping Policy

We deliver all across Egypt except certain areas which are considered as out of service areas.

Door to door Delivery:

  • Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM (Morning Shift for all areas) or 4.00 PM to 10 PM (Night shift for selected areas) Sunday to Thursday only, weekends and public holidays are NOT included.

Pick Up Station:

  • Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the call to pick up your order from our pickup station.
  • Shipping fees depend on the total quantity of items, weight and type of shipping selected. Therefore, there are no flat shipping charges. The best way to find out the shipping charge applicable to your order is to try placing an order. The last page of the checkout process will provide you with the exact shipping cost.
  • The total shipping cost & cash on delivery fees (if applicable) will be listed under the Order Summary displayed on the right-hand side of the page.
  • For out of service areas, customers will be required to collect their orders from the courier’s pickup station within the city.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund – Faroplast Egypt

15 days Returns : You have 14 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.
Easy Returns : You can return any product you have bought. (Shipping cost will be applied).

How does it work?

  1. Initiate a Return : Contact Us
  2. Schedule Pick-up : A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
  3. Return The Item : Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
  4. Refund processed : once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund (If applicable).

Conditions for returning an item:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
  • Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes. Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.
  • Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check.
    Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.

  • If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method.

Conditions and reasons to return an item:

  • Customer changed their mind
  • Wrong Item
  • Defective Item
  • Clearance Item
  • If local and sealed/in good condition : Item needs to be sealed with original packaging and with tag (not removed)

Refund for transactions via Credit/Debit Card:

  • In case if you cancel the order or if it’s cancelled from our end, the amount will be refunded back to credit card/debit card.
  • If you cancel the order, products which are shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
  • For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per Faroplast return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) through the Original Mode of Payment. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

Refund for transactions via Cash on Delivery:

  • If you paid by cash/card on delivery, we will issue a refund as Faroplast Credits on your website account. You can either place new order using the credits or transfer the credits to your bank account.

Refund rules for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher code:

  • For items purchased by using or adding a discount coupon/voucher code, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid, and not its original value.
